Our current HOA software, Freshdesk, is increasing its contract price, so we're taking this opportunity to explore other options.
Freshdesk currently only provides basic ticket management and document uploads. There are many newer platforms that offer more features and functionality. Given the price increase without added benefits, this is a good time to compare costs and evaluate solutions that may provide better value for our community.
