The Annual Meeting is held on the third Wednesday of December 2024, per our Bylaws Section 4.1
ARTICLE IV UNIT OWNERS
Section 4.1 – Annual Meeting. Annual meetings of Unit Owners shall be held each year on the third Wednesday in December. Only matters described in the meeting notice of the annual meeting may be considered at the annual meeting.
