Guest Parking: In September 2021, the board adopted a Guest Parking Pass for owners having guests for a few days or more. Simply contact the property manager before the date of arrival and complete a Guest Parking Request/contract. You will be assigned a specific place for your guest to park and a “Parking Pass” to put on the dashboard of the guest’s car.
Complete the Request form and submit to our Property Manager (PM). The PM will gain approval and location the vehicle should be parked in from the Board of Directors. You will be issued a temporary parking permit to display on your visitor's vehicle dash board at all time. You must you the designated area or specific parking space as instructed.
