Guest Parking: In September 2021, the board adopted a Guest Parking Pass for owners having guests for a few days or more. Simply contact the property manager before the date of arrival and complete a Guest Parking Request/contract. You will be assigned a specific place for your guest to park and a “Parking Pass” to put on the dashboard of the guest’s car.
Complete the Request form and submit to our Property Manager (PM) through a ticket on Freshdesk. The PM will gain approval and location the vehicle should be parked in from the Board of Directors. You will be issued a temporary parking permit to display on your visitor's vehicle dash board at all time. You must you the designated area or specific parking space as instructed.
