Unit owners in Heritage Pines phases 2 and 3 (Unit Number 165 and above) can arrange for replacement Windows directly from Alside. Now that our buildings are over ten years old, the Unit Owner is responsible for 50% of the cost if 10 years old or under. If windows are 11-15 years old, the Unit Owner is responsible for 75% of the cost.

● You will be required to have the individual serial numbers on the windows that you want to get replaced. To get the numbers, you have to pull the window top down and read the tag attached to the window. (Refer to the image attached below to see what the tag looks like.)
● Alside will only deliver replacement windows to a nearby supply center. The nearest Alside supply center is Supply Center, 80 Vineyard Street, Pawtucket, RI 02901. Telephone number is 1-401-723- 3611.
● The process takes about six weeks.
