At the meeting, Deb Kirkconnell reported on an article from our lawyer's newsletter that discussed recent changes to the Connecticut fire code as it relates to the use of grills in condominium units. All Unit Owners need to be aware of these changes, which, among other changes, restrict the use of grills on decks.
