These are the minutes of the March 15, 2016 regular meeting of the HPCA Board.of Directors.
At this meeting, Jay Long of Gerardi Insurance gave a presentation on the Association's new insurance policy. He handed out the two additional handouts attached to this article. The first is a summary of the master Association insurance policy. The second is an example of a Condominium Unit Owner's policy. (This example was chosen because the text does a good job of describing what a Unit Owner needs to consider. Policies are available from many different insurers.)
