Heritage Pines Estates has a Property Manager who is charged with handling maintenance and repair issues throughout the complex. If there is a problem with your Unit or one of the Common Elements (such as the Recycle Center or the grounds), you have several reporting options and this article discusses most of them.

Option 1 - Use this website to file a support ticket


You can use this site to report a problem. Click on New Support Ticket on this page and fill out the information on the page that appears. We are using this site to help track problem requests to help avoid them getting lost. Submitting a problem through this website insures that both the Property Manager and your Board of Directors will see the problem.



Option 2 - Send your problem by email


You can send an email to support@heritagepines.freshdesk.com to submit a problem. This is another way of using this website, as the email message you send will be recorded as a ticket and, again, it will be visible to both the Property Manager and the Board.


Option 3 - Contact us by telephone


You can also contact the Property Manager by telephone. This is best for urgent requests but there is an option for non-urgent after-hours requests, too. Go to the Property Manager article for more information.
