Prior to having a satellite dish/antenna installed on your home, you will need to read the Association Rules and Regulations.
Please note that satellite dishes should be installed on the fascia board of the condominium. They must NOT be installed on the roof of a Unit.

If damages occur from the installation or removal of the satellite dish, a fee will be assessed and used to cover the cost of repairs
If the Unit Owner decides to sell the Unit, the seller who installed the satellite dish is responsible for the removal of the satellite dish and any repairs needed to the building. This must be done prior to receiving a resale certificate. If the satellite dish is not removed, the Association will have the dish removed and a fee will be assessed to cover the cost of repairs. and the Unit Owner will be billed for the repair costs and it must be paid prior to closing on the Unit.
If the satellite dish is to become part of the sale of the Unit, the buyer must apply in writing to the Executive Board or Manager for permission to keep the satellite dish and sign a waiver of responsibility for the upkeep and damage to the building before the purchase of the Unit.
